During the Acuna Crayola project, Boerne Sunrise Rotary teams up with the Ciudad Acuna club to gather and deliver school supplies to children who would otherwise not have them. We have at least 250 students in the Ciudad Acuna, Mexico area benefitting from this project.
 

The club travels to Ciudad Acuna in Mexico to deliver the supplies in person. 

The children who received packages may otherwise not have the tools needed to participate in class activities. They certainly would not have received the full benefit of the instruction or educational efforts presented by the teachers.  Our goal is to improve the quality of the educational experience for these children. We hope to positively affect their success from a generational level.
